2.1. The original language of this document is Bulgarian. In case of legal disputes, the original Bulgarian text shall prevail.

2.2. All commercial disputes shall be resolved primarily through out-of-court settlement (negotiations, mediation). If unsuccessful, disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the Company's registered location (Kardzhali).

3. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

3.1. All website content (texts, designs, graphics, logos) constitutes original creative work protected under Bulgarian Copyright Law.

• After 60 days of non-payment, the Company may:

• Issue a voluntary settlement notice;

• Initiate enforcement proceedings without further warning.

5. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

The Company agrees to:

5.1. Provide services/products as described on the website;

5.2. Ensure all materials have cleared copyrights;

5.3. Meet agreed project deadlines;

5.4. Inform clients of any order-related developments.

6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients agree to:

6.1. Provide all required materials for order fulfillment;

6.2. Adhere to payment deadlines and feedback timelines;

6.3. Guarantee that provided materials do not infringe copyrights.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Errors caused by clients (e.g., incomplete information);

• Deadline breaches due to force majeure circumstances.

8. TERMS MODIFICATION

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice via website publication.
